2024 UPDATE

April 09, 2024

This past winter of 2023/2024 has been quiet considering the winter of 2023 right before Christmas KID experienced a major water pipe break due to freezing.  This past winter has been good and the team is looking to early summer to do a maintenance & creek/pipe check of the lines.  Our Test Well is capped as of Fall of 2023 and discussion will be taking place on our next steps to utilize the water that we now have.  Baby steps for sure but we are making some progress.  

In regards to funds and water fees, we are in the last year of a $50 increase so water fees for 2024 will be $500 per connection.  Hopefully this will be capped for now but that decision remains with the Trustees.
